Terms and refunds

1. What you buy. A document kit that Done & Filed prepares from public inspection records and your answers: the filled letter or form pages, written programs or work rules, training sheets and evidence checklists, as PDF and Word.
2. What we are not. Done & Filed is a private company, not OSHA or any government agency. We are not a law firm and we do not give legal advice.
3. Your part. You fix each hazard, train your people, fill in the dates and signatures, and send your documents yourself. Sign only what is true.
4. Delivery. By email, within 1 business day after you complete the 5-minute form.
5. Free changes. If OSHA or your state agency asks for something different in what we wrote, send us the request and we change it at no cost.
6. Refunds. Ask within 14 days of purchase for a full refund: write to support@doneandfiled.com.
7. No promise of outcome. We do not guarantee that the agency will accept your documents, reduce a penalty or close your case.
8. Price. The one-time price shown on your page. No subscription. Your receipt comes from Done & Filed by email.
9. Limit of liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a kit is limited to the price you paid for it.
